【藥品名稱】

  通用名稱： 血美安膠囊

  漢語拼音： Xuemei’an Jiaonang

【成份】 豬蹄甲、地黃、赤芍、牡丹皮。

【性狀】 本品為硬膠囊，內容物為黃褐色至棕褐色的粉末；氣香、微腥，味微甜。

【功能主治】 清熱養陰，涼血活血。用于原發性血小板減少性紫癜血熱傷陰挾瘀證，癥見皮膚紫癜、齒衄、鼻衄、婦女月經過多、口渴、煩熱、盜汗等。亦可用于腫瘤化療引起的白細胞減少癥中醫屬熱毒傷陰血瘀證患者。

【規格】 每粒裝0.27g

【用法用量】 口服。一次6粒，一日3次，小兒酌減?；蜃襻t囑。

【不良反應】 偶見輕度腹脹、嘔吐，大便稀，一般不需停藥，可自行緩解。

【禁忌】1、孕婦忌用；2、服藥期間忌辛辣食物。

【注意事項】虛寒者慎用。

【臨床試驗】本品于1991年經衛生部批準進行過309例臨床試驗。

【藥理毒理】動物實驗表明，本品對環磷酰胺及5-氟尿嘧啶等化學品所致大鼠的白細胞、血小板的減少有拮抗作用，并有一定的促進恢復作用。另外本品還可增強機體的免疫功能。

【貯藏】 密封。

XUEMEIAN  CAPSULES

Ingredients  Pig`s Fingernail；Rehmanniae Radix；Paeoniae Radix Rubra；Moutan Cortex.

Action and Indications  Clearing away heat and nourishing yin, removing heat from blood and promoting blood circulation. It`s used in for primary ITP purpura and blood-heat impairment with blood stasis. It finds its manifestations such as the skin`s purpura, gingival hemorrhage, epistaxis, profuse menses, thirst, dysphoria with somthery sensation, night sweating and so on. It`s also suitable for the patients with the WBC reduction induced by tumor-chemical treatment and noxious heat impairment with blood stasis in TCM.

Strength 0.27  g per capsule.

Usage and Dosage  Oral. Adults: Six capsules each time, three times a day; children: appropriate reduction. The regular course of treatment is one month or directed by physician.

Untoward Reaction  Occasionally, there will be light abdominal distention, vomiting, loose stool, which will be disappear when abandon.

Contraindication  1.The pregnant woman is contraindicated.  2.During the period of taking it, the pungent food is prohibited.

Precaution  One, cold syndrome of deficiency type, should be used with caution.
